Carmen Dana Privacy Notice (Privacy Notice) explains how I use personal data collected by me. Personal data is information that relates to you and may identify you as an individual. This Privacy Notice applies to Carmen Dana (“Carmen Dana”, “I”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), where we are acting as a data controller (in other words, where we determine the purposes and means of the personal data processing) and in regardence to this website and services refering to this Privacy Notice.

      When you make inquiries about my services, contact team member, register an account on my website, register to attend events, subscribe to newsletters, or otherwise liaise with me, we may collect from you such information as name, surname, phone number, e-mail address, address.

      When you use my website or other services, or contact me through electronic means, I may collect  information as: Technical and user experience information: This information includes the Internet protocol (IP) address used to connect your computer to the Internet, your login information, browser type and version, time zone setting, approximate location, browser plug-in types and versions, operating system, and platform, the full Uniform Resource Locators (URL), clickstream to, through and from our site (including date and time), products you viewed or searched for, page response times, length of visits to certain pages, page interaction information (such as scrolling, clicks, and mouse-overs) and methods used to browse away from the page.​

    • Sensitive information

      Personal information as ethnicity, religious and political opinions, information relating to your health or sexual orientation has a higher degree of legal protection, this information is broadly known as sensitive information or special categories of personal information. I do not collect special categories of personal information.

    • Children

      I do not knowingly collect personal information from any person under 18 years of age.

    • Information you voluntarily submit

      You may not provide us with your personal information if you do not want to do so. Please, note that if you choose not to provide me with certain information about you, you may not be able to use all or a part of our services.

      When interacting with our services (and other users of our services), for example, when you attend events, join, and participate in social club, you may choose to share other information by your own choice.

    I process your personal information for specific reasons (purposes). Also, I may possibly need to have specific grounds (also known as legal bases) to process your personal information. Below, you can see these reasons as applicable to you:

    • Running business and services:Registration and authentication on this websites, organizing our events, recordkeeping, security maintenance and fraud prevention, managing risks and/or obtaining professional advice.

    • Support:Replying to your inquiries, notifying you of any changes/updates to our service (service-related communications), answering via chats, phone, or email.

    • Improving my services:Testing features, interacting with feedback platforms and questionnaires, managing landing pages, heat mapping our site, traffic optimization and data analysis and research, including profiling and other techniques over your data and in some cases using third parties to do this.

    • Marketing and newsletters:Sending you emails and messages about events and new features, products and services, and content (marketing communications), conduct marketing activities, including profiling (creation of profiles by analyzing information regarding your interests and preferences concerning services. I do not perform high-risk profiling.

    • Other purposes. When I do so, we will explain the specific purpose in the relevant consent request.

      I may be required to take some actions by law or public authorities. If we are really obliged to do so, we may use your personal information to comply with such requirements.

    • Legal requirements: I may use your personal information when we are obliged to meet legal requirements, such as, we have to keep records to comply with our tax obligations.

    1. Place. I store your personal information on servers that may be located in Europe or in the U.S. 

    2. Duration. I retain your personal information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Notice and as required by applicable laws and regulations. If you desire for the deletion of your personal information, I may still keep minimal necessary information about you for the period necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, or enforce our agreements.

    3. Security. Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the Internet is not completely secure. Although we will do the best to protect your data, I cannot guarantee the security of your data transmitted to me, and any transmission is at your own risk. Once I have received your information, I will use strict procedures and security features to try to help prevent unauthorized access such as access controls, confidentiality obligations, and technical measure to secure your information.

    Under data protection laws, you may have specific rights in relation to our processing of your information, such as the right to access, rectify, object to, or complain about the processing and request your data erasure or blockage. Data subject rights may be subject to exemptions under applicable data protection laws. If you make a request, generally, we have one month to respond to you.     2. Your right to rectification – you have the right to ask us to correct personal information you think is inaccurate. You also have the right to ask us to complete information you think is incomplete.

    3. Your right to erasure – you have the right to ask us to delete your personal information;

    4. Your right to restriction of processing – you have the right to ask us to restrict the processing of your personal information;

    5. Your right to object to processing – you have the right to object to the processing of your personal information;

    6. Your right to data portability – you have the right to ask that we transfer the personal information you gave us to another organization, or to you;
